Damages and issues (eng.)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible since my items are typically one of a kind. 

European Union 14 day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@heartbeasties.com.

Oštećenja i problemi (hrv.)
Molimo Vas da pregledate svoju narudžbu po primitku i odmah nas kontaktirate ako je artikl neispravan, oštećen ili ako primite pogrešan artikl, kako bismo mogli procijeniti problem i ispraviti ga.

Iznimke / artikli koji se ne mogu vratiti
Narudžbe po mjeri ne mogu se vratiti. Molimo Vas da nas kontaktirate ako imate pitanja ili nedoumica u vezi s Vašim određenim artiklom.

Zamjene
Zamjene nisu moguće jer su moji artikli obično jedinstveni.

Razdoblje za hlađenje od 14 dana za Europsku uniju
Unatoč gore navedenom, ako se roba šalje u Europsku uniju, imate pravo otkazati ili vratiti narudžbu u roku od 14 dana, iz bilo kojeg razloga i bez opravdanja. Kao i gore navedeno, Vaš artikl mora biti u istom stanju u kojem ste ga primili, nekorišten i u originalnoj ambalaži. Također će Vam trebati račun ili dokaz o kupnji.

Povrat novca
Obavijestit ćemo vas nakon što primimo i pregledamo vaš povrat te vas obavijestiti je li povrat odobren ili ne. Ako bude odobren, automatski ćete dobiti povrat novca na svoj izvorni način plaćanja u roku od 10 radnih dana. Imajte na umu da vašoj banci ili tvrtki koja je izdala kreditnu karticu može trebati neko vrijeme da obradi i pošalje povrat novca.
